...the period of love

Having you in my life fills up the emptiness in my heart.Since then I found you, you put a period in my constant pursuit in search of the person who can make me realize that life is so wonderful—and you did it the best way

It’s magic.Mesmerizing.The way we get crazy for each other proves how we do love each other.

No words can ever suffice these wonderful feelings I have for you. I know I love you.
I feel I love you.
I see I love you.
And for sure,

I will still love you...

I may not be the perfect guy for you, neither the best nor the ideal one.
But I’ll prove it to you that no matter how imperfect I am,
You’ll still feel perfect having me at your side.
I may not have enough guts to be proud of myself,
I’ll make it sure in some respect you’ll be proud of me.
I know, you can’t get rid of thinking the consequences this relationship may have brought you and I.
I promise you,I’ll never leave you.

I promise you I’ll always be here for you.

Spending my life with you is the only way I see I could get the chance to feel the so called ‘bliss.’
The mutual feelings we have, summon all the love left in our hearts saying ‘make love —let’s unite as one soul; let’s exchange blood.’
Love matters not just romance—proven it was when we did it. To the fullest. With respect. And with trust.

I know trials await us in the future.
We may see ourselves amidst troubles and tests. But
I hope despite those struggles, I could still see you
standing firmly holding my hands saying, “Even at
your lowest points in life, I’ll hold you tightly and
never leave your side. For you and I are one. And I
promise you to give my word that nothing can ever
lead us apart

Who could tell I’m not in love when every morning I wake up I see myself smiling while your thoughts linger in my head and thinking of YOU?

Who could say it’s stupid to be crazy if the reason of being so is YOU?

Who could define my feelings for you if the only alphabet left is Y-O-U?

So tell me now if I’m not in love with YOU…

You might find this corny, but if being the corniest man in the world is the only way I could let you feel how much I love you, then let me be so—call me corny.

For no reasons I love you.
And with no conditions I trust you.
I know I’ll never have this chance again so no matter how risky it is to gamble, I’ll bet all what’s left in me.

For I know even I lost the game, you will stand there and give yourself as my trophy.

This time , let me give you my whole self .
I surrender my being to be your only one.
To be your only one.
And to be your only one.
Thanks for the period you gave me in my constant pursuit in search of the person who would love me as a whole
—and that period is YOU.

I LOVE YOU

Korean Loving Couples Collections—Thanks to Jenny Jeong!

The thought really counts, and I was undeniably touched by my Korean student, Jenny Jeong, 19 years of age, a university student. Thanks for her very cute birthday present (straight from Korea) for me last 20th of March. I’ve just known her for a couple of weeks, but I can’t deny how we become close and feel comfortable with each other day by day--rapport says it all. She’s my first student (and friend) in the morning (5am), and her sunny disposition every time we have our class fuels my eagerness to talk with her. She is so bubbly! We always have free talk every day on any topic of any sorts—‘come what may’ so to speak. She always has a lot of things to say, and that verbosity generates dynamic conversation.

I made up my mind to post this because I want others to realize, especially people who share the same work with me, that no matter how many tough struggles we encounter in this job, there is still at least one who can modestly appreciate our efforts.

crying tutors

“I, myself is the only person who can help me conquer my weaknesses. I am willing to risk going too far just to find out how far I can go...AJA!”- a realization by Vanessa, one of my colleagues.

How does it feel making other people cry because of something you said? Will you be so guilt-ridden after all? I have made tutors cried, once, twice, or even more than thrice—and that I think becomes a big part of my job—producing crying tutors. But seeing them cry is in a way fulfilling and compensating it’s because the tears that linger in their eyes unfold their realizations.

As a training manager, I let them know their weak and strong points, but more emphasis is given to weak points. I let them realize that those points are vital for their growth, personal and professional. I always reiterate to them that having a constant pursuit in search of growth entails painstaking and tough struggles, so giving-up is a big NO NO.

So dare, explore, learn, and grow!

On-line English Class

It’s a booming business in the Philippines nowadays, may it be home-based or office-based. Investors from different part of the world deem it wise and timely to invest large sums in this kind of lucrative market. More so, labor here in the Philippines is way cheaper compared to other countries’. For those who don’t have an idea on what this job is, I’ll try to give you a glimpse of how this thing works.

A company hires teachers with the following qualifications (preferably):
•With Bachelor's Degree major in English, or any related course like AB English, Journalism, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Creative Writing, or Literature from an accredited college or university
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English (with American or neutral accent)
• Reliable, responsible, resourceful and can work with minimum supervision
• Capable of multi-tasking, creative and organized
• Good interpersonal skills
• Teaching experience is an advantage
• Preferably Female( because most of Korean students prefer female teachers—sounds sexist right?)
• Work schedule: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

The company offers different courses to students like Business English, Freetalking Course, Phonics, and the like. Mostly, students are Koreans, Chinese and Japanese.
Companies offer this kind of class via phone or internet. It’s partly different from the traditional classroom setting that we have because normally in this kind of class, a discussion lasts for a bout 20 mins, or 30 mins, or 1 hour, depending on the student’s preference. Another thing is that there is no personal interaction because the class happens via internet unlike in the traditional classroom setting where a student personally interacts with the teacher and even with his/her classmates.

Foreign students embrace this setting because they find it comfortable and they don’t have to go to a private academy for English class. Somehow hassle-free. They just need to turn on their computers or use their mobile phones, and presto! Plus the fact that tuition fee is very cheap compared to going abroad to study English. In addition, Filipinos are known to be one of the best English speakers next to native ones—that helps us gain more trust and respect from students abroad who are taking on-line English class.
